Admins

Only admins have the ability to manage company settings.

How To Access Settings

To access these, click on the cog icon at the bottom left of the home page. This will bring you to the settings area, where you can find various options.

Managing Settings

Sales Processes and Stages

In this section, you can control the active stages in your sales processes. Start by selecting the desired sales process from the dropdown menu at the top.

After selecting a sales process, you'll see all its stages. Check the stages you want active. Active stages appear in Stage funnels and Vision, but won't affect record sorting in lenses; that's controlled by lens filters.

The default sales process is marked as 'default'. Different lenses can be linked to various processes. If you're unsure about a lens's process or want to change it, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

User Management

This screen allows you to add or edit users, deactivate them, and set their default lenses/dashboards.

For details on adding users, click here.

For guidance on editing Manager view permissions, click here.

Forecasting

In this section, you can set up everything related to forecasting.

  • Global Level: This sets your company's standard forecasting settings.

  • Lens-Specific Forecasting: Lenses can be linked to different forecast categories. Find out which forecast field a lens is associated with by hovering over the group name. For a tailored lens-specific forecast, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

  • Configuring Global Level Forecast Field: Here, you can select the forecast field for your instance. New lenses will follow this default unless a lens-specific arrangement is in place.

  • Forecast Categories Table: This displays the details of your forecast field values. You can modify the descriptions, which are shown on the information button for each column in your forecast kanban.

To modify any of these settings, please consult your CSM.

Field Mappings

  • Default Fields: These are set to align with the fields you use regularly.

  • Customization: You can replace the standard setup with custom fields for reporting. Select the fields you need and hit 'save'.

  • Tables and Fields: If a table column header shows a default field, it refers to the field you selected here. For example, 'Amount' in a table corresponds to the 'Amount' field chosen in this form.

  • Lens-Specific Customizations: Some lenses might use different fields, like a unique 'Close Date' or 'Amount' field. If you're unsure about any custom field settings in your lenses, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for clarity.

Calendar and Time Settings

  • Fiscal Year Start Month: Determines the months for your quarterly and yearly periods.

  • Default Time Period: This appears in your master time selector on all dashboards. Changing this doesn't update all dashboard widgets to this time period.

  • Time Offset: Reflects your company's CRM time zone. Set it to the hour difference from UTC to align deal dates with your CRM.

Other Settings

  • CRM Subdomain Link: Creates links to open opportunities in your CRM from Kluster. Accessible via cloud icons in tables, typically under 'Go To CRM'.

  • Currency Label: Set to match your company currency. New lenses will use this default. For lenses needing different currencies, a separate setup is needed for accurate conversion. Consult your CSM for assistance.
