Lens Management

How to configure lens settings and edit hierarchies

Accessing Lens Management

  • Open the Organization Settings panel at the bottom left corner of your screen.

  • Select 'Lens Management' from the left-hand menu.

  • A list of your active lenses will appear, you can display inactive lenses by toggling off 'Hide inactive'. Search for the lens you'd like to edit and click on the lens name.


Main Settings

Here you can configure the following:

  • Change the lens name

  • Change the lens icon

  • De-activate or re-activate the lens

  • Hide from lens navigation, this applies to all users including Admins

  • Set the lens currency and business process

Make sure to click 'Save Changes' at the top to finalise any updates.


Logic

Here you can view the lens logic/filters, including inherited filters and which lens these come from. To edit these, navigate to a dashboard on the lens you'd like to change and click on the three dots next to the lens name. This will open the lens filters side panel, see more information on editing filters here: Applying Lens Filters


Rollup

In the Rollup section, you will be able to configure the hierarchy for group lenses. If this has not yet been set up you will see a list of reps, this is determined by which reps have open opportunities in the lens.

Configuring Group Rollup

  • In the Rollup section, you will see either 'Add group(s)' or 'Edit group(s)', click here to open a list of groups.

  • Select whichever groups you'd like to roll up to the main group and click 'Next'.

  • When you're happy with the list of groups, click 'Save Changes' to finalise.
